Live Spacewalk Outside the International Space Station

On Sunday, Oct. 6, NASA astronauts Andrew Morgan and Christina Koch will venture outside the International Space Station starting at approximately 7:50 a.m. EDT (11:50am GMT). The duo will exit the station’s Quest airlock in their U.S. spacesuits to begin installing new lithium-ion batteries on the Port-6 truss structure. They will work outside in the vacuum of space for about six hours and 30 minutes.
